Curl Chemistry is a natural hair care line, made in Cape Town just for you!
Curl Chemistry was launched in July 2016 with healthy natural hair in mind. The owner, Liesl Smerdon was looking to create quality hair care products that would help moisturize hair. Liesl struggled when she transitioned to natural and that was when the Curl Activating Cream was born! The product is made with oils like coconut oil, shea butter, castor oil and avocado oil. These oils contribute to healthy hair and amazing results every time.

Each range has its own benefits and works to target certain hair concerns. As naturals, we want to tame frizz, stimulate hair growth and keep our hair moisturized.
In 2016, Curl Chemistry only had a handful of representatives, no website and only 120 jars of curl activating cream. Today, the company has more than 40 representatives nationwide, a user friendly website and stock products in salons and online stores around SA.
